If you are a DJ, well versed in music or have a pulse, you’ll get a kick out the the name of this smoothie. Otherwise, for the rest of you, BPM stands for beats per minute.

Here, however, it stands for Banana, Pineapple, Mango. Though, I did throw in a few beats, when I was mixing it in the blender. Ha! Ha! :groovin:

I finally purchased a camera (go me!), and I’m totally looking forward to documenting so many things with all of you. Especially, the food I’ve been holding back from sharing. I know…..naughty, naughty me! Tisk. Tisk. And to think, Santa still surprised me this year. Go figure! 😉

So to start things off my dearies, here is a recipe for the BPM Smoothie. Enjoy!

BPM Smoothie

You will need:

blender or food processor

measuring cup & spoons

*

Ingredients:

Use all raw, organic ingredients if possible. All fruit can be fresh or frozen. I like some of it to be frozen, because of the coldness and texture. Cut all fruit up small enough so it blends up faster. Personally I “eye” everything. So feel free to fudge the measurements to your liking.

1 banana

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 cup mango

2 tbsp raw crunchy almond butter (optional, I love the texture)

2 tbsp maca powder

1 tbsp hemp powder

1 tbsp raw honey (optional.)

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup of ice

1/4 cup (or more, if you like it more liquefied) of alkaline water

LOVE

Prepare:

Combine all ingredients into blender and mix till it has a smooth consistency. Time will vary depending on appliance used. I drink the whole thing, however it can serve two people. See how many BMP’s (beats per minute) you get your heart up to with this one! ENJOY!

Some words of wisdom from the Well -Being cards from Esther & Jerry Hicks. I think it makes a perfect coaster.
