Good day to you! I have been cleansing for the past 2 weeks, starting out my morning with a fresh smoothie. That’s pretty much my normal routine anyhow, even when I’m not cleansing. It’s a great way to start the day.
Here’s a look at what I made this morning. I’m calling it a Pinana Smoothie.
Pinana Smoothie
You will need:
blender or food processor
measuring cup & spoons
*
Ingredients:
Use all raw, organic ingredients if possible. All fruit can be fresh or frozen. I like some of it to be frozen, because of the coldness and texture. Cut all fruit up small enough so it blends up faster. Personally I “eye” everything. So feel free to fudge the measurements to your liking.
2 bananas
1 cup pineapple
a handful of mulberries
2 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey (optional.)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup of ice
1/4 cup (or more, if you like it more liquefied) of alkaline water
a dash of cinnamon

Prepare:
Combine all ingredients into blender and mix till it has a smooth consistency. Time will vary depending on appliance used. Garnish with cinnamon for extra flavor. Makes 3-4 hearty servings. ENJOY!
Beauty From Love: “I am thankful for the food provided for me today! I ingest it with gratitude.”
Drinking with Gratitude,
Tara 🙂
